When is a tailor-made application worth it?

When the work goes through spreadsheets, emails and copying data from one system to another. When a ready-made tool does 70% what you need and you cover the rest 30% manually. Or when a process that sets you apart from the competition doesn't fit into any standard platform.

If a ready-made solution really meets your need, we will tell you. A custom application is an investment and is maintained; it has no point where it is not needed.

How is a project progressing?

We start with real workflows, not a list of features. We document what's happening today, where time is being wasted, and what needs to change. From there, we come up with a specific scope, timeline, and cost — before any code is written.

Delivery is done in steps that you can see and test, so that fixes are made as cheaply as possible. After delivery, we remain responsible for operation, updates and subsequent needs.

Technology

We choose technology based on the problem, the infrastructure you already use, and who will maintain it afterward — not based on the fashion of the year. We prefer solutions that can be adopted by another team, with documentation and a clear structure.
