Blanos Roll & Bowl — Tailor-Made Booking Engine

The Blanos Roll & Bowl is a multi-purpose entertainment venue in Glyfada, with bowling, billiards, roller skating, a playground, trampoline and arcade, as well as options for children's parties and corporate events.

For the new website, the Shell-iT undertook the tailor-made design and development in WordPress and Elementor. The dark neon aesthetic follows the identity of the space, while the site includes language switching, full-screen overlay menu, presentation of activities per floor, price list, opening hours, a section for the upcoming Laser Tag and location information. The site went live in early July 2026.

A central part of the implementation is the custom booking and party-pricing engine. The visitor selects the event type, day category and number of people, can add additional children and adults, and sees four packages with a price that is formed by their choices. Each package displays what it includes, its duration and the price per additional child, before «Request reservation». The project is an example of how tailor-made web applications can be integrated into a website, when the functionality goes beyond a standard booking form.

What did we do in this project?

• Tailor-made web design – We designed the website with a dark neon visual direction, adapted to the identity of Blanos Roll & Bowl.
• Custom booking & party-pricing engine – We implemented a multi-step flow for children's parties and corporate events, with a dynamic display of available packages.
• Dynamic package pricing – The prices of the four packages are based on the day category, the number of people and additional options.
• Flexible selection of people – The basic number of people is defined with a slider or numeric field, while additional children and adults are added separately.
• Reservation request flow – Each package leads to a separate "Booking Request", after the price, duration and what it includes are presented.
• WordPress & Elementor development – The website was developed in WordPress and Elementor, with Polylang for language switching.
• Content and navigation structure – Full-screen overlay menu, shortcuts for basic actions, activities per floor, price list, schedules and location information were implemented.

Party bookings were handled by phone and messages: constant back-and-forth about prices, about what each package included, and about confirming dates. The pricelist was so long that customers struggled to work out exactly what they would pay. What was needed was a system that worked out the package and its price at the moment of choosing, so a booking could be completed without one more phone call.
