Kompsa

Management software for beauty businesses: appointments, clients, services, inventory, finances and reports in one system.

Hair salons, barbershops, nail studios, aesthetics and spas — from one store to multiple.

The screens are from the application itself, not a mockup: the daily view of the business, reports, and finances, as seen by the salon testing it.

Kompsa is our own product. We designed, developed, and operate it — it is not a client project.

A calendar is a great way to answer one question: who has an appointment and when. But the daily routine of a beauty business doesn't stop there — staff availability, client history, price list, inventory, orders, receipts. When these live in separate notebooks, files, and messages, someone has to reconcile them each time.

Kompsa puts these jobs in the same system, so that the information from one continues to the next. It is already being tested in real conditions, in a hair salon.

What does Kompsa do?

  • Appointment and availability — the program starts from who can actually serve and when, with the waiting time within the service being captured.
  • Online appointment — the customer chooses from the times that are actually available, in the same calendar.
  • Customers and services — customer card and price list, with price that may vary by brand and hair length.
  • Inventory and suppliers — movements from receipts, returns and use of products, along with orders and invoices.
  • Finance and reports — appointments, customers, services, staff, inventory and prepaid services.
  • Multiple stores — separate or overall image of the business.

The application is available in Greek and English.

Inventory is not a separate file: movements result from receipts, returns and use of products within the service.
