Book an appointment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the page <a href=\"\/en\/appointment\/\">Make an appointment<\/a> There is an electronic booking system in operation. To book an appointment, please enter the <strong>full name<\/strong> and the <strong>e-mail<\/strong> yours, the <strong>time<\/strong> which you choose and the <strong>time zone<\/strong> your, as well as any <strong>comments<\/strong> which you will add.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to schedule and hold the meeting and send you confirmation and reminders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> taking measures prior to entering into a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the meeting is held via <strong>Google Meet<\/strong>, the appointment is registered in the business&#039;s Google calendar and your name and email are known to Google as the service provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-3-\u03c3\u03c4\u03b1\u03c4\u03b9\u03c3\u03c4\u03b9\u03ba\u03ac-\u03b5\u03c0\u03b9\u03c3\u03ba\u03b5\u03c8\u03b9\u03bc\u03cc\u03c4\u03b7\u03c4\u03b1\u03c2\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Traffic statistics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use two traffic measurement services, which operate in different ways and have different legal bases. Both show us aggregate data \u2014 which pages are being read, from which device, from which country, from which website the visitor came \u2014 and not who you are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Purpose in both cases:<\/strong> to understand how the website is used and to improve it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Google Analytics.<\/strong> It operates with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). For visitors from the EEA and the United Kingdom, the website implements Google Consent Mode with all storage categories initially in &quot;denied&quot; status: until you consent. <strong>no cookies and no identifiers are stored on your device<\/strong>. You can withdraw your consent at any time from the page. <a href=\"\/en\/cookie-policy\/\">Cookie Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ahrefs Web Analytics.<\/strong> It works without cookies and without identifiers: it does not store or read anything on your device, so it does not fall under the consent requirement for cookies and <strong>is activated regardless of your choice in the banner<\/strong>. Your IP address is used momentarily during processing, converted into an irreversible form together with your browser characteristics and <strong>not saved<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legal basis for Ahrefs:<\/strong> our legitimate interest in measuring the traffic to our website in a way that does not track visitors (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You have the right to object to this processing; see below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-4-cookies\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cookies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website uses cookies. Strictly necessary cookies \u2014 those that store your language selection and cookie decision \u2014 operate without consent, because without them the website does not function. Protection from automated submission<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contact form is protected by the service <strong>Cloudflare Turnstile<\/strong>, which checks that the submission is made by a human and not by an automated program. For this check, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical characteristics of your browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> our legitimate interest in protecting the website from malicious use and spam (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-6-\u03b1\u03c1\u03c7\u03b5\u03af\u03b1-\u03ba\u03b1\u03c4\u03b1\u03b3\u03c1\u03b1\u03c6\u03ae\u03c2-\u03b4\u03b9\u03b1\u03ba\u03bf\u03bc\u03b9\u03c3\u03c4\u03ae\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Server logs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hosting provider automatically keeps technical logs of each request to the website, which include the IP address, time and page requested.
